How COD works
Add products to your bag, complete the delivery form and review the required consent. The site prepares a WhatsApp message containing your order reference, contact details, address, products, options, quantities and total.
You control sending
Opening WhatsApp does not submit the order automatically. You must tap Send in WhatsApp. Until then, your bag and pending order remain available so you can recover or cancel the process.
Order confirmation
A prepared or sent message is a request, not automatic acceptance. For a real launch, the seller will confirm stock, delivery area, final amount and expected delivery time through WhatsApp before dispatch.
Payment at delivery
No online card payment is taken. In a real commercial order, the confirmed amount would be paid to the authorised delivery representative using the accepted COD method communicated before dispatch.
Fraud and verification
The seller may verify the phone number, delivery address and order value, request an advance for exceptional or high-value orders, or decline an order that cannot be safely fulfilled. Any such condition must be disclosed before acceptance.
